i just was given a …
i just was given a amazon parrot and I have no clue how old it is, it makes animal sounds that are around here but whomever had it didn’t pay enough attention to it, I spend every day until bedtme, for the past two weeks, trying to gain its trust and trying to teach it simple words or phrases. Is there a cut off point to learning to talk? is it true you bird being 35 can forget what it was taught? My sisters bird still goes through its full vocabulary every morning at 10, not amoment before.

My parrot looks exactly like that! She used to talk, but now she has forgotten a lot of words because she is 35 years old.
